Hollow Crown Parsnip Seed
Hollow Crown Parsnip is an older variety predating 1852. These vegetables have a sweet nutty taste and have long smooth white roots. This variety produces a 12-14" tapering root that is 2-3" wide. Will produce heavy yields when grown in deeply prepared soils.
