Michihili is an heirloom Chinese cabbage. This variety was found in 1870 and has a elongated head tapering to pale green leaf tips. They grow from 14” to 24” long and 5” across. Michihili Chinese cabbages thrive in milder climates but can be grown in any zone. Its light green leaves are tender and delicious, ideal for stir fries, pickling, and many other Asian dishes.
