Copenhagen Market cabbage seeds are a Danish heirloom introduced by H. Hartman & Co. in 1909. This variety has round solid heads, 6-8 inches in diameter and weigh 3-4 lbs making them the largest early roundhead. Characteristics include med-green color, good wrapper leaves, and not inclined to burst. It's a popular market variety that also has the benefit of shipping very well.
