Georgia Southern collards is an older variety released in 1880. Leaves are blue-green ruffled and can grow up to 36” tall that do not bunch. Tolerant to heat and poor soil, slow bolt. Light freeze improves its mild cabbage like flavor. Great for cooking or freezing.
